
Have you ever feel lost? Are you currently in the process of trying to figure things out?
Feeling lost is a very natural, human experience to have, one that may occur multiple times in our lifetime – yet one that is also very temporary.
Oftentimes, when we feel lost, we also experience:
- desperation,
- sadness,
- worry,
- anxiety,
- or even depression.
The mind gets stressed every time it can’t process a situation, and feeling lost is definitely something that the mind does not know how to handle – this is why you may also be feeling desperate, anxious or depressed. It’s important to re-activate the mind by turning our thoughts towards more positive life experiences, like the experience of a pleasure; of something that gives us joy. This return to our senses, can be the beginning of what we call shifting.
Furthermore, turning to our spiritual practices can go a long way. It is often said that before any material change we have to undergo spiritual change first. This might be the case here. Tending to our spiritual hygiene by remembering that we are all one, belonging and coming from the same one Source can also be the beginning of something – there we can find our very first steps, once more. Remembering that the Universe supports, loves and roots for us can create the comfort zone needed in order to start getting our life together again.
Every time we feel lost in life, this is a sign that we’ve disconnected from our own selves. While in our center, and by remembering who we are, we also have the “details” of our purpose in life – mostly because we are our purpose. If you feel lost then this is your sign and confirmation to return back to yourself.

- Journal about yourself
- Read books
- Meditate
- Perform some emotional healing
- Reconnect with and spend time in Nature
- Talk therapy
- Daring to try out a dream of yours
- Taking on a hobby that speaks to your heart
- Music
If you feel lost, you can shift your reality quickly by realizing the infinite possibilities this life has for you – by remembering that whenever we feel lost, we’re also ready to be found; perhaps in a new life-landscape, a new reality, or one that is very near and dear to our heart.
Sometimes we have to simply move on, while other times we have to go back and remember a reality that made sense for us and made us feel good and safe in life – and restore that. And some other times we have to do a combination of both, and tune into our very own inner Magician to make things happen.
Whenever you feel lost, just allow yourself to simply experience your emotions. Don’t be scared – everything is temporary. Enjoy imagining your new life – this way you’re gifting yourself the insights you need to feel that you are getting your life back on track.
