
At its core, aggression is an intense form of energy. It arises from our primal instincts, which are often linked to survival, self-preservation, and boundary-setting.
This energy, while potent, can feel overwhelming when it lacks direction or when it conflicts with societal expectations.
Many of us are taught from an early age to suppress aggressive impulses, labeling them as undesirable, dangerous, or morally wrong.
However, this suppression often leads to internal tension, resentment, or even self-destructive behaviors.
The key to transforming aggression lies in reframing it not as a problem to be eradicated, but as an energy to be understood and redirected.
