Chiron has been in Aries since 2018, however, there are a few current transits that activate this micro-planet now, and therefore influence us a little bit deeper as well.

As the wounded healer, Chiron is currently hurting our sense of identity – who we are, what we’re here for, and what we’re to fight for. We may be experiencing deep pain when it comes to our personality, independent voice and stand in the world. Whenever Chiron is activated, there is pain and underlying wounds that we may feel afraid or incapable even to address. That’s far from the truth, however.

Chiron brings the medicine, but before it, there comes the pain. If you’re currently struggling to find your own inner fire, your passion for life, your purpose or the heart-guidance you seek, these are all Chiron-related matters – it’s all natural.

Maybe in the past, or present, someone dimmed your light, asked you to lower your voice or labeled you and your significant path as unimportant. Maybe relationships got a little bit codependent, and this blocked your sight – especially if you are struggling with finding your purpose and your own path. Maybe you decided to go alone only to find people going against you or trying to block your path. These all, again, are activated Chiron-related matters.

What Chiron is teaching us is how to heal through healthy independence and healthy, fulfilling relationships as well. It’s not healthy if it’s holding you back or dimming your light, no matter how familiar, close or available it is. It’s not healthy if you have to stand on your own all the time, without any support or help whatsoever, either.

We’re playing with the fine boundaries between the Self and Others during this time, and thanks to Chiron in Aries, we’re re-learning what it means to love, and be loved, both for ourselves and within our relationships with other people. During this time, it is possible that toxic connections will reach a peak, and reveal themselves under new lights. It’s also possible that during this time your purpose will reveal itself – it’s hidden underneath layers of fear of going alone, of showing your true colors and of being authentic.

What if your art or craft gets judged? What if you’re not “relevant” enough? What if they hate it or dislike it? These are big-time questions we may find ourselves asking during this transit. It matters more that you remain your true self – or become your true self, once again, now. It matters that you show up, honoring that inner child that is nothing but creative, loving and authentic.

And what if others get in the way? The only person that can truly get in our way, is our own self. This is an equally big reminder during Chiron in Aries.

And if you’re wondering where all this is leading you, the answer is towards better understanding and enlightenment – of who you are, what you came here to do, and what kind of path you’re called to create for yourself, first and foremost.

In this path, the ego will get in the way, and demand from you to be a follower; to do what everyone does so that you remain safe. Consequently, the fear of being seen will also arise. These are moments of opportunity – to take yourself by the hand, and lead with the heart instead with ego. To genuinely replace worry with open questions, such as “what do I love doing?”, or “who am I really?”.

Through this process, you are transforming into your new, truest version of yourself. And if you still worry how others are going to feel about it, let it go – you are loved, supported and taken care of in every step of the way. You’re the safest when you are yourself. Underneath the wound, there lies an inner warrior. It might be time to make peace with the past and go be amazing.
